Jennie is an incredible therapist with top notch clinical skills. If you are able to work with her or with one of the therapists in her practice, you are in very good hands. I would not hesitate to refer clients to her for treatment of OCD, phobias, and all other manifestations of anxiety related disorders.
Jim McDonnell ColleagueI've been lucky enough to work with Jennie for 5 years, and she is amazing. Jennie manages to balance deep caring, phenomenal creativity, rigorous theory-based interventions, irreverent humor, and an ability to call out BS that is unequaled. If you are ready to put the work in and make a change in your life, you will not regret working with Jennie to do it. I never hesitate to refer people her way.
Case Lovell Colleague(From a colleague) Jennie is a highly sought-after therapist with very in-demand skills. She does Exposure Therapy for OCD and phobias as well as other treatments for a number of other conditions (anxiety, panic, depression, etc.). And, on a personal note, I will miss working with her as she is a delightful and genuine person who I know will run a great clinic.
Jonathan Boyd ColleagueI'm so thankful to have had Jennie as a mentor early on in my clinical development. Working with her I gained such valuable skills, frameworks and practical tools that have helped me grow both as a clinician and personally. She practices what she preaches and inspires me to do the same while navigating the ups and downs of life! I recommend working with Jennie if you have the chance.
Kailee Eeckhoudt ColleagueJennie Ketcham-Crooks is an incredibly skillful therapist - she's helpful, warm, and has tons of expertise working with anxiety/related diagnoses. I've had the benefit of being able to collaborate with her and have recommended her to many.
Sydney Iverson ColleagueI was looking for help in all the wrong places. I never knew I could live life without so much fear of panic until I met Jennie. After just a few sessions, I had built the strength to talk about things I had told no one before. Now, I own the strength to tackle some of my must fearful trauma. while still a work in progress, I trust Jennie with even my scarest moments.
Danille Jones Former clientJennie has brought me back to myself and helped me grow even further after some pretty rough times with panic attacks and depression. I was never pressured into trying a technique I didn’t want to do, yet grew into strength to overcome obstacles I didn’t even know were there. I credit all of my current happiness, of which there is a ton of now, to her guidance and love. I recommend her to everyone, especially those I know are dealing with similar anxiety issues. Put yourself first and go see her. It will be worth it!
Emily Frick Former clientJennie Ketcham Crooks did a great job helping me overcome anxiety attacks / claustrophobia that was causing me significant problems affecting my ability to travel (especially air travel). She was also a huge help getting me unstuck regarding long term job & school decision making. Highly recommended.

I’ve known Jennie in a professional capacity for many years and have referred many, many clients to her. I appreciate her warmth, humor, directness, and clinical skills. Without hesitation, I would refer a close friend or family member to work with Jennie.
