Do you wonder...
Why am I so anxious?
There are four primary ways we develop clinical anxiety – we call these “vehicles of acquisition.“
We explore your vehicles of acquisition to create the most effective treatment path. Then, we get to work.
Our Low Cost Therapy is grounded in our comprehensive training program for masters and doctoral level students. WCA student interns see a small panel of clients via Telehealth, and each student is overseen and supported by one of our experienced staff, ensuring you get the high quality care you deserve. If the full fee doesn’t work in your budget, try something that does.
Sign up for the waitlist (form below). We send you a confirmation email that you’re on our list; It can take 2-4 months to get an appointment, so this option is not ideal for emergency situations.
We send you monthly reminders that you’re still on our list, and notify you as soon as an appointment is available. If you don’t receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at info@westcoastanxiety.com.
*Please note: If you are at imminent risk of danger, DO NOT SIGN UP for this waitlist. Instead, call 9-1-1 or walk into your nearest Emergency Room.
Complete your free first appointment: This is a 60-minute consultation to make sure we can meet your clinical needs. During this appointment, aside from gathering important clinical information, you’ll also let the intern know what you can afford to pay ~ we have different fee options depending on your income; see the sliding scale options at the bottom of this page.
If you and the intern determine that they can meet your clinical needs, you’ll schedule your next therapy session; most of our clients set regular appointments to establish a rhythm for treatment.
If you and the intern determine that your needs are beyond their scope of practice, the intern will provide you with resources for taking the next step on your mental health journey.
